Scaled Design team will engage you the buyer in the creation and production of a custom-made toy model based on your specifications.

Throughout the production process, Scaled-Design team will keep you informed by providing photographs and videos to showcase the progress of the toy model.

We will share final pictures and videos of the finished product for your final approval before shipping your custom model to you.

Shipping Breakage

Our team will take utmost care in packaging and shipping the custom-made toy model to you to ensure it arrives safely.

In the unfortunate event that the toy model is damaged during shipping, you must promptly notify Scaled-Design upon receipt of the shipment. We will work with you to remediate the breakage and resolve the issue as quickly as possible. You will not be responsible for any shipping charges associated with returning the damaged product to us.

Scaled-Design will not be held liable for damages caused by improper handling, misuse, or neglect of the custom-made toy model after delivery to the Buyer.
